You must reside in, visit, or have a verifiable connection to Dubai or the GCC region.
PRYVÉ Circle is an exclusive, invitation-only platform. Access may be granted or denied at PRYVÉ Circle’s sole discretion.
By applying, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate, truthful, and complete.
All users must undergo mandatory ID verification and lifestyle screening.
Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Acceptance rates are intentionally limited to maintain exclusivity.
PRYVÉ Circle may reject applications without providing a reason.
Approved profiles may be curated, edited, or enhanced by our review team to maintain platform quality and consistency.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must immediately notify PRYVÉ Circle of any unauthorized access.
You may not:
Impersonate another person
Create multiple accounts
Provide misleading lifestyle or identity information
Use the platform for commercial, escorting, or illegal purposes
PRYVÉ Circle offers free and paid membership tiers:
Submit an application
Access daily curated matches
Respond to premium users
Limited photo access
Unlimited matches & messaging
Premium placement
See who viewed your profile
Unlock private photo albums with credits
Users may purchase optional credits for:
Unlocking private photos
Visibility boosts
Additional premium interactions
All microtransaction purchases are final.
PRYVÉ Circle provides curated matches (3–5 daily) based on lifestyle, career, and values.
Premium members may initiate unlimited conversations; standard users may respond.
Anti-ghosting reminders and respectful communication prompts may appear to promote healthy interactions.
PRYVÉ Circle is not responsible for user behavior or match outcomes.
Users must treat others with respect and maintain proper etiquette.
The platform includes tools for reporting, blocking, and safety alerts (including optional SOS features).
All reports are reviewed, and PRYVÉ Circle may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion.
Illegal activity, escorting, harassment, and solicitation are prohibited.
PRYVÉ Circle complies with UAE laws and will cooperate with legal authorities when required.
PRYVÉ Circle uses manual and AI-based review systems, ID verification, and proprietary screening.
Screenshots, screen recording, scraping, or data extraction from the app are strictly prohibited.
Personal data is handled with high confidentiality and will not be sold to third parties.
By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data for verification, safety, and matching purposes.
You may NOT:
Use PRYVÉ Circle for escorting or commercial gain
Upload explicit, violent, or defamatory content
Harass, threaten, or manipulate other members
Circumvent verification
Spread false information about the app or its members
Violation may lead to immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
PRYVÉ Circle may:
Update or remove features
Adjust membership pricing
Change verification requirements
Modify these Terms at any time
Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:
You violate these Terms
You engage in harmful or suspicious behavior
You provide false information
Your actions threaten the safety or integrity of the community
You may delete your account at any time through the settings menu.
PRYVÉ Circle is not responsible for:
Offline interactions between members
Identity or behavior of users
Relationship outcomes
Data loss or unauthorized access caused by third parties
Service interruptions beyond our control
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
